Buttermilk Intro

    Once Upon a Time....There was an island that enjoyed the blessings of two great and wondrous beings, and was widely regarded as Paradise of Earth. The beings and the humans who lived in harmony, and for centuries the island prospered. However, it could not last. One being, jealous of the other due to the fact that the other was more loved and respected, turned on her in a fit of rage and grievously wounded her with dark magics. The Witch, as she came to be called, was driven from the island and her sacred dwelling place sank into the sea. Though the people and the Harvest Sprites wished to save their Goddess, she was beyond their help. She drifted into a deep slumber and vanished, said to have been spirited away to her most holy place.

The Harvest Sprites used their magic to allow the island to survive long enough for its inhabitants to find a way to revive the Goddess, but before they could do so, the Sprites reached their limits and disappeared to recover their powers.

Now, the island is dying. The Goddess must be revived...
