Light Arrows - Not only are they extremely bright, they are very hot too. when they make contact, they engulf the target in light while leaving burn wounds.

[Appearance:] Neon has a rectangular face, almond eyes that are electric blue, a mole that's located diagonal under her right eye, a long straight nose with no defining features, down turned lips to give her that permanent disapproval look and bright orange medium-long length hair. She's very self conscious and uncomfortable with her body. Neon tends to wear baggy clothes to hide her stomach and other area's she's not comfortable with. Her skin has an orange tint to it.
[Personality:] She's a very serious, uptight girl who is a major stickler for rules. Rules are there for a reason, and that reason is to be followed of course. She strives for order, and things to be perfect. Because of this attitude, she has turned into a giant buzz kill. Deep down, she wishes she could let loose and have fun like everyone else and not have a care in the world. But being responsible and putting things in order is a huge part of who she is. And it wins every time.
For fun, Neon pretty much just reads, and patrols the halls. She doesn't have many hobbies (unless collecting ugly clothes counts) she's usually too busy studying and making sure no one has killed one another to really relax. Which is why she reads, when she DOES have time, she can relax, kick off her shoes and get lost in a good story. She prefers to read more classic literature then the ever so popular young adult novels that have spread like a wild fire.
[Background:] Like all the Noble's, Neon comes from a very wealthy family. Her family is from Las Vegas, Nevada and they own several clubs and a casino. Neon doesn't use her parent's connections much, unless she feels she as too (Like winning a date with Fluorine). She is the black sheep of her family believe it or not. When she was born, and came out with her carrot top hair, the family instantly went into panic. Everyone thought her mother had cheated on her husband with his cousin. But after a paternity test later, everything was cleared, and discovered that their new daughter was just very special. But being special in such an old fashioned family wasn't a good thing. Neon spent most of her childhood trying to fit in, and be accepted, but all a temps have failed her thus far.
