Mysteriously showing up over night, the carnival has delighted all those who've gone. It has everything and then some. From it's wide range of rides for the kiddies, to the scary barf worthy roller coaster, stands filled with excellent fattening fair food and games littered everywhere promising prizes of stuffed animals. No one has really questioned how such a big place was able to fit in Tokyo. It even has a circus that never puts on the same show twice.
